How to remove a card with attachments from a board using automations

I have multiple boards feeding in to 1 master board (1 way sync) to track sales leads & CRM.

I have set up various automations which mean that when I add a card to Board A it copies the card to Board B (master board) and they link together, so any changes to the card on Board A mirror to Board B.

If I move a card on Board A to a different list along my CRM, it seems to then create another copy of the card on Board B, rather than just maintaining 1 card and updating the details on that card.

Do I need another automation set up which looks for the card on Board B with the same name and somehow links them all together, rather than duplicating the card?

I am using the below:

when the yellow "Live Job" label is added to a card by anyone, copy the card to the bottom of list "..." on board "Master Projects", and link the cards together

AND

when the dark purple "Pipeline" label is added to a card by anyone, copy the card to the top of list "..." on board "Master Projects", and link the cards together

Are the list names on Master Projects the same as the label names mentioned above?? If so, I think I can do this in 1 automation...

The list names on Master Projects are different to the list names on the other boards, but the labels match across all boards...
