How to receive lock screen notifications?

Hello, I am trying to receive Trello notifacations on my phone (a Samsung A10), but I need to log into my phone to see if I've received any. This is rather frustrating and I would like to know if there is a way to receive lock screen notifactions from the app.

Hi @James Peake, welcome to the community!

It's working for me. I'm also using an Android phone. I navigated to the Trello app, then to Settings > Notifications > Open System Settings, and there I enabled/allowed notifications on the lock screen.
