How to make tasks "Up for grabs" by my team.

I am curious to know if there is an app or feature that would allow me to create cards (tasks) that could be "claimed" by someone on my team? I've done lots of experimenting and googling but cannot find anything. Thanks!

Butler has a round robin feature where you can actually have it assign cards automatically to a list of people (which can be specified by a particular card or could be random)

Will creating a new list/column called "Ready to be picked up" and adding cards into this list not work for this usecase you are describing?
