How to make sure not more than 2 task joined by same member in same list

For example, I have the `to do` column and the `assigned` column. I want to ensure that one person does not join more than two tasks in the `assigned` column.

I don't think you can do this with standard automation since there is not data maintained or a variable that you can use.

The options available to you is use Http Request to an endpoint to check and revise the join activity according to the rules you have. Or set a webhook on the list to do the same.
