As folks have said, Zapier is the most direct way to go about this with Google Forms. But if you don't need to use Google Forms, there are other power-ups in the power-up directory that will help you accomplish this, like Forms by Blue Cat and Tiny Power-Ups Club Forms tool.

Thanks Brittany. I need the Google form. I thought there's a power-up in Trello for integration with Google forms directly

Hi @Eman Assem ,

Our new Google Forms Sync Power-Up could be the answer to your issue. It integrates directly with Google Forms. Please check it out and see if it resolves your situation.

1.The Crmble powerup lets you post Google Forms into Trello

2.You can also take a look at Zapier to connect Google Forms to Trello

or You can check it out here https://trello.com/power-ups/6139de588901011c01baf52f/forms-by-blue-cat there is also a free tier depending on how many form submissions you will get each month.

Hello @Eman Assem

We do have the Service Desk Power-Up, a powerful tool for  Trello form templates, form automations and more.  Form responses create Trello cards automatically in its most basic version. Give it a try and feel free to chat with us or book a free demo for any questions.

Hi @Eman Assem

It's Mary from Planyway power-up for Trello

To integrate Google Forms responses directly into Trello as cards, you can use the "Zapier" power-up. Zapier acts as a bridge between Trello and many other applications, including Google Forms, allowing you to automate tasks between them without coding.

Here's a basic outline of how you can set it up:

  1. Create a Zapier Account: If you don't already have one, sign up for a Zapier account at zapier.com.

  2. Connect Google Forms to Trello: In Zapier, create a new "Zap" (an automated workflow) that connects Google Forms to Trello. The trigger event will be a new response in Google Forms, and the action will be creating a new card in Trello.

  3. Set up Trigger: Choose Google Forms as the trigger app and select the specific form you want to integrate. You'll then specify which form response should trigger the creation of a new Trello card.

  4. Set up Action: Choose Trello as the action app and specify the action as "Create Card". You'll then need to configure the card details such as which board and list the card should be added to, and how the information from Google Forms should populate the card's title, description, etc.

  5. Test and Activate: Test your Zap to ensure it's working as expected. Once you're satisfied with the setup, activate the Zap. From then on, every new response submitted via your Google Form will automatically create a new card in the specified Trello list.

Zapier offers a variety of triggers and actions, allowing for customization based on your specific needs, such as adding labels to the card, assigning members, setting due dates, etc.

Remember, Zapier operates on a freemium model, where basic functionalities are free, but more advanced features and higher volumes of tasks (zaps) require a paid subscription.
