I'm new at Trello, my boss ask me to learn about it and give some tutorial to all the employees so we all can start to use it in our daily bases. I've been searching and practicing with some power ups and automatizations but i always get stucked halfway. If someone knows about some intensive tutorial or some course i can take to make the best of this app, please let me know. And if someone have some tricks to make it easy for me, i'll be greatfull.
Also, i'd like to know if it's worth it to pay for this app or if the free plan should work perfectly.

Honestly I would keep PowerUps and Automations out of the mix for now (every business is unique so customizations that are crucial to one business is pointless to another)... Instead stay with the basic setup and let your team work knowing that this is a startup phase and they should report any painpoints and cumbersome workflows...
Once you have this feedback + your own experience, you can start getting rid of the painpoint with PowerUps and Automations (having a much easier time pinpointing what you need to learn or ask here)...
