You could create some daily email reports showing people their cards in Trello. That may inspire them to start moving the cards if they see they aren't right in the report? You can create daily email reports with Blue Cat Reports https://trello.com/power-ups/5d9c90aa18965066fcd44730/reports-by-blue-cat
I would look first at the Quick Lists to create an email of lists of cards the team should care about.
You could also start tracking data in reports from Trello and reporting those to the team and wider in the business weekly (ie number of cards completed, open cards, time to complete, whatever would be useful for people to see). Once people see the data in Trello is important and is being looked at it often gives them reason to keep it up to date.
Hope that helps,
Robin
Hello, Tiff!
Welcome to the community :D
I'm super happy that you are enjoying Trello and want to bring some folks with you.
You can definitely explain to them the reasons you like to use Trello, maybe talk about how you can easily organize a lot of stuff since is fast and simple, that you can use a wide variety of power-ups and integrations, and collaboration works super easily as well, I mean, there's a lot of reasons to point out when it comes to to the tool. Maybe you can "challenge" them to use it for some time nonstop, so they can see how great Trello is.
Kind Regards
Alisson
