How to disallow more than 1 card being placed to a list?

How do you create a rule where only 1 card is allowed to be placed in a list?

I've seen someone on Youtube do this - but not sure how they did it.

Or maybe a warning message doing the same thing.

Appreciate any advice.

This automation will do it:

when list "List" has more than 1 card, move the card to list "{triggercardpreviouslistname}"
