How to create a Team Staffing Board with shared Cards/Tasks

Hello everyone,

I lead a team of 10 people and manage the allocation of tasks/cards to them regularly. They are all members of Trello and sometimes 2-3 people in the team work on the same task.

How do I create a Board view having as Headers the names of the Members with under all the tasks allocated to each of them? Can the same "shared" card be seen under multiple Members on the same Board?

Any tip on how to set this up it would be great!
