Hello! I am new to automations so bear with me. I figured out how to link a checklist item on a shared board to a new card on my personal to-do list board (see automation in the attached screenshot).

I’d like to do the same for the other user in my workspace, but I can’t seem to figure out how to get the trigger to be the mention of her username. I’d like it to go as follows:

“when [username] is mentioned in a checklist on a card by anyone, convert the item to a linked card, move the card to the top of list "Inbox" on board "Username’s To-Do List", set due date in 1 days, mark the due date as incomplete, and add the dark pink "username’s Assigned Tasks" label to the card”

Is there something I’m missing? Thanks in advance for any help

Hi @Meghan Ramos

Something like this should work:

Note: The board and label names in the automation would have to be an exact match to the variable {mentionedfullname}.

If you are new to automations, this can really help you:
