How to build a construction project from beginning to end details

I am working on a construction project to start at the beginning to end of project. 

I have build list of cards to reflect various parts of the project, now for tracking:

I'd like to tie cards details, link predecessors and dependencies in order to build gantt charts allowing me to export into PDF/excel formats for reporting showing progress, Red Flags etc.

Is there a power up/plugin that works great for a construction project with Trello?

Are there any example project to review?

There are lots of inspiration boards within the project management section here: https://trello.com/inspiration/project-management

Those can help you get ideas (they are just public boards that Trello curates), and you can copy any of the boards and start working with it as a template. (I've done this more times than I can count, and it saves so much time.)

There are tons of ways to do Gantt charts with Trello. I haven't personally done any of these, but you can try them out. @Mike Correale Placker is an excellent gantt charting tool for Trello that allows you to slice by label, member, card, board across all boards. You only pay for Placker account logins, not for Trello team members so it's affordable too.

I also work with construction companies to help them manage projects through Trello, in particular my Benko Board product allows you to manage emails through Trello boards related to projects, including on shared addresses:
