How to allow customer to download attachment

Hi,

I need to know if it is possible to allow a customer, that receive the email support from JSM, to download the attachments, without login into the portal. I would like to put the attachment directly in the email that he will receive, and not by clicking in the link that need to login to the portal.

Thank you in advance.

Cheers

@Marco Rossi

Any attachment link you provide directly to a 3rd party will require the recipient to be authenticated to get access to the resource. You have to provide a link that handles that on behalf of the recipient.

Hi Milynnus,

thank you for your information.

Cheers.
