How to Stop Cards from Auto Archiving

Edited

This is driving me insane. As far as I can tell, I don't have a rule set to do this... but here's what's going on. I have a "Completed" lis. I also have a custom field called "Status' (one of the options being Completed) and one called "Completed Date". I have a rule set where it automatically moves a card (or is supposed to) to the Completed list if I've checked the "Completed" option within Status. Some seem to, but... the vast majority are just... auto archiving on me (and the kicker.... not all were even completed. It's just picking and choosing random ones to archive. Any ideas how to stop it? I'm sure it's user error, but... I have no idea what's going on.

Note: I should also add... I had a "Due Date" list that would automatically COPY a card that was due that day to the DD list [so it would show twice on the board]. I eventually got tired of seeing that, so I archived the DD list. I'm thinking maybe this is it. That list... keeps coming back each day. So maybe I find out how to turn that thing off? I don't know.

Thanks. Much appreciated. I went in and restored all archived cards that day. It hasn't happened again since, so fingers crossed.

Here's where we're at as of 1/23:

  • Auto Archiving
    • One card did it today, but... only one card. I sent back to the board.
  • Due Date List Coming Back from the Dead
    • I found the automation I set for this and finally deleted it.
