I see we are starting to have to pay for workspaces with more than 10 users. I have a workspace with 2 guest users that made their own boards. I cannot remove the boards and I cannot remove the guests. What to do?
@Nick Ross i believe Trello is planning to release some more admin tools closer to when this change is going to be enforced. But in the meantime, are you able to remove them from your workspace members settings?
No they can't be removed because they are admins of a board. I can't delete the board because I'm not an admin of their board. They no longer work here, so contacting them for login credentials is out of the question.

They also aren't part of the company anymore for about 5 years, it was never an issue as we never needed to get rid of the boards, but now we have to pay for them.
