How to Keep Custom Fields the Same across multiple boards

I have custom fields on cards that go through 4 to 5 boards and would like those custom fields to all be the same. However sometimes when I move a card from one board to another board, additional custom fields will be added or the format and order of the custom will get messed up. 

Anyway to keep that consistent throughout the different boards?

Hi @Jon - Trello's custom fields are currently set on the board-level rather than on individual cards. When a card gets moved from one board to another it'll adopt the custom fields available in the target board. If the boards share the same custom fields (name and type) then Trello will keep the custom field value. 

Unfortunately there's no way to set custom fields on a card-level at this time.

@Jon check out Amazing Fields Power-Up. I haven't played with the feature much myself but I know they have a feature for syncing Amazing Fields across multiple boards, and they play nicely with Custom Fields!
