would like to know how we can administer multiple teams using their own workspaces (IT, Finance, Toolroom, HR etc) for same company - but they should not access each others workspaces in other teams, can you tell me how this is managed in trello using either standard or Premium?
Hey @Andy Goodall,
If you'd like different Workspaces for each part of your company (e.g., HR, IT, Marketing, etc.), you can create them and then upgrade them to Premium or Standard, granting its members access to all paid features. And only the members that were given access to the Workspace and its boards will have access to its content.
However, your organization won't be able to control what's being created on these Workspaces, who's inviting who to join boards, etc. Workspace Admins can add a few restrictions to the Workspace restricting who their Guests and Members can invite to the Workspace. But suppose you'd like to have control over all the content made in your company from all sectors (e.g., IT, HR, Marketing, etc.). In that case, I'd recommend you go with the Trello Enterprise instead of Premium or Standard, as these plans are for individuals and small businesses. You can read more about which plans suit your organization best here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/which-trello-plan-is-best-for-me/.
