I have updated my name and photo on my Atlassian account but still haven't seen changes while I'm using Trello. This is important because this account belonged to someone else and I need the user to be me.

did you try to change your profile picture at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility ?

In case you did, I suggest you open a ticket with the team since they are going to need more details about it.
