@Wanjugu Wachira Welcome to the Atlassian community. I was not able to find anything in their help docs about how long a refund takes. My guess is it takes a couple of business days to process a refund. Once this has been sent to the credit card company you are looking at 7-10 business days on average for the credit card company to post the refund to your account.
