How does one add a new team using Trello app for iPad?

It's easy to add both boards and teams from the web app, and easy to add a new board from the iPad app, but I haven't found a way to add a new team from within the iPad app. Using iPad Pro with iOS 10.2.1 installed. Using basic (free) version of Trello.

creating teams and admistering teams is not available within the mobile apps. You can however use trello.com via the browser on your device for that. We do support most mobile browsers.

Why it’s not available?????? Today the end of 2018.....this feature still not be available in the app.
