I have a client I am working with that says she received a free trial ending message. I thought she was a free guest. I am confused. Can someone explain this to me as I don’t want my client to get charge unknowingly. Then it looks like I am hiding something from her or didn’t tell her which is not the case. How can one keep guests charge free?

Hi @Shirayah R_ ,
Trello subscriptions apply to an entire workspace, not just a user.
So if you are running the premium trial in a workspace, this will apply to all members of that workspace.
It is likely that your client is a member of the workspace or multiple boards so they would have to pay to keep Trello Premium.
Note, that if it is the 14 day trial that was taken out, now payment details are collected to at the end of the trial period, the workspace will just be downgraded to the free version.
The only time that someone may be billed is if they enter card details as part of the 30-day trial Trello off to people signing up to Trello for the first time.
