Hello Community! I am trying to figure out if their is a way to edit an automatic checklist after it has already been created and set up as a rule? We have a checklist currently that automatically appears when we move the card to a particular column (due to a rule that was created), but I am wanting to add an item to the checklist and am looking for the best way to do so. I appreciate your help in advance!
Is the automation copying a checklist, or is it creating it from scratch? If it's copying a checklist from another card, it would just be a matter of editing the checklist from the origin card. If the Butler automation is creating it from scratch, you would just need to edit the rule, remove the action around creating a checklist, and re-add it with the new information.
