How do i replace an email address with a person's name,

I invited a new person to a board and documentation shows her email address instead of her name. I tried removing her as a member and reinviting her but it remembers onky her email address.

Hi @REVDLM

The reason the email is showing instead of the account's username is because this person hasn't created an account with that email yet.

Once they have created their account and confirmed it, the email address will be automatically replaced by the account's username and Full Name :)
