How do checklists work?

I'm new to Trello. Just created my first board and added some team members. As the admin, I'm able to see the items on the checklist. However, the team members only see the checklist name. What am I missing?

@Lisa Trexler there are no permissions that hide checklists from people with access to the board, so there's probably an issue with the data loading on their boards.

Are they using the iOS app? If so there's a "clear cache on launch" option that might help:

https://help.trello.com/article/1061-troubleshooting-for-the-ios-app

Otherwise if they're on desktop/web they may need to reload the page, logout/login etc.

Alternatively, if you have completed the checklist items and they have their interface set to hide completed items, they wouldn't see the items.
