How do I re-order labels?

I'd like my labels to be alphabetical but there doesn't seem to be any way to drag or sort.

Is it possible to reorder labels please?

Unfortunately, right now, you aren't able to reorder your labels. 

I can’t guarantee it’ll be implemented, but I'll be happy to pass your thoughts on to the product team to take into consideration!

me too - I just changed the colours on my labels and it changed the number keys assigned to them. It seems like the numbers are assigned to colours, in a funny random kind of way! Gah!

Labels are very useful, but even more if there was an option to re-order them manually. Or at the very least, alphabetically.

Ditto.  This feature is needed to make evolution of labels possible as a project progresses.  By the time a year is through, the labels are in weird orders that are hard to navigate.  Please make this list organizable.
