How do I know which automation didn't run when my quota was reached?

Hi there,

I got a message that some of my automations didn't run because my automation quota was reached. However, it doesn't tell me WHICH automations didn't run. There's a lot of data in the boards which should have been moved around, it's nearly impossible for me to manually check all of them to see if they are in the right place or not. Can I see somewhere which automations stopped/halted because of the quota being reached?

Hey @Shelley Barendregt , thanks for writing! You can check which automations didn't run on the Activity log section. When you find which automation didn't run, you can check directly on the automation how many times it didn't run by looking into the automation activity log.

You can check in detail how to find this information in the documents below:

Opening the automation usage log - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/opening-the-usage-log/

Hi Rafael, thanks for getting back to me. I already checked the activity log but it only says "running automation on board [...]". There are more than 100 automations on that board, how do I know which ones it ran and which ones it didn't because of the quota being reached?

It would be quite a timeconsuming task to click on each of them individually to see when they last ran..

Hi Shelley, to check which automation didn't run, open your automations, go for Activity, and click on the Activity log. On that screen, you'll have a history of all the automations that run on your board and, if there's an automation that didn't run, it will appear in red.

These automations always have a cause for why they didn't run, so you can check which was due to the lack of quota.

Hope you find it!

Hi Rafael,

Thanks for getting back to me. I think I found it, thanks!
