How do I get my organization have the SLACK power up without invidual sign ups

Hello,

I am working on a few slack automations which will be enabled on one of the boards in my organization. The automation works from my account, but when someone else tries it, they get an error. Is it possible for me to enable slack power up for everyone's account, or will everyone have to go in and do it individually?

Thanks

Hey @Rohan Agarwal

In order for your automations to work you'll need each board member to follow the below steps to link their Trello account to their Slack account as there isn't a way for you to do this on their behalf:

  1. Go to the board
  2. Click on Automation
  3. Click on Rules
  4. Click on Connected Apps
  5. Click on Connect with Slack and follow the steps on screen to connect your Trello account to your Slack account

Once your board members have done this your automations should work for them as long as they have access to the Slack channels you're wanting to post messages in.
