I need to get an invoice in order to raise a PO against Atlassian/Trello for my company.
There is only 10 of us that need licenses so we cannot go through enterprise.
I have tried support but it isn't proving to be effective.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
As far as I know, at that size the only way to pay is via credit card.
Also for clarification so I can make sure something isn’t wrong, when you said support wasn’t effective, can you give more details? Do you have a ticket number?
