How do I create status reports in Trello? Edited

I have multiple boards set up that each aligns to a project. There are multiple projects running at any one time, so I want to be able to easily report on the following:

  • Project status - on track, blocks or delay
  • Completed tasks this week/month - overall summary & by user
  • Due tasks this week/month - overall summary & by user

The desired outcome is to set up an automated weekly report that can be emailed to myself and my line manager.

@Alison_Fletcher

Sorry that I have to state this again, but there is no standard feature in Trello that does this. Please have a look at the available Power-Ups.

When you open the Menu in a Trello board, click on Power-Ups and then on IT & Project Management. There are a lot of good tools that might have the features you are looking for.

@Alison_Fletcher

I recently learned that there is a tool that specializes on running reports on Trello boards. You may want to check out Bridge24 to see if they can help you with that.

This fills all the unfortunate voids Trello has created for itself.

@Alison_Fletcher a great partnership to Trello is Google Sheets, which you can use to store a bunch of historical information and then report on it. I got started using this guy's work:

This was actually the foundation for Trellinator which I shared with you earlier.
