Hi @Kelly Hanley - Unfortunately only an existing board admin can grant others Admin access to a board. I am looking at the board you're referring to and as they were the only admin I'm afraid that as there's only 1 admin you'll have to try get back in touch with them to assign admin.
If that person is no longer working at the company then I would suggest reaching out to your IT team to try gain access to the admin's email account, which will allow you to set a new password for Trello and login.
Lastly, if you don't mind cloning the board then you can copy the entire board to your own Workspace: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/copying-cards-lists-or-boards/ - This will keep all the board content however it won't copy over comments, any previous activity logs, and you'll have to re-invite the guests.
