How do I automate moving a duplicated card to a different list?

I have an automation to repeat a specific card every Wednesday.  I would like this duplicate card to be moved to the top of another list. I don't see any trigger suggestions in the automations that would allow me to do that.

This is something I seem to have done for a different card that I have used for a few years, but I don't know how to reveal the rule that determines the behavior on this on the card.

How do I automate a duplicate card to move to the top of a different list than the one it is in?

Thank you, I am eager for your suggestions!
