I have successfully added the Trello for Gmail add onto our main/shared Gmail account. We have several full time employees who have direct access to this account and can use the add on, but we also have several part time remote employees who have delegated access to the account and do not see the Trello icon when they are interacting with the delegated mailbox. Is there a way for them to use the Trello add on? Everyone has their own Trello login credentials. We tested installing the add on to the remote employees Gmail accounts, where it works as expected, but this still does not allow them to use it on the delegated account.

Unfortunately it isn't possible for delegated access to use the add-in. I'm not sure if this is something that is possible, but happy to pass this onto the team as sometime they can look into adding!
