I need to integrate odoo with trello, so which api docs should i follow? I find and followed https://developers.trello.com/docs/api-introduction and https://developers.trello.com/reference#boardsboardidcardsfilter . But how can I authenticate trello.? How authentication of trello can be done from odoo? How can I generate token when I authenticate trello from odoo.? can anyone help me to provide API docs or something which is related to my query? can anybody help?
@Mottu Anand You've already linked to a page containing authorisation instructions. Can you please be more specific about what's not working as per that documentation?
@Iain Dooley How can I authenticate trello using username and password? Usually, we authenticate an application using username and password, which in return we get a token. later we use this token for accessing the data or features on that application. In trello how can i generate API-key or token via API calls, not manually that said like in the given API documentation. To be more specific, I want to generate the API-key and token, but not like saying in the API-documentation. Because each account/user has its own unique key and token which may have a validity period. As per documentation, first, we have to generate API-key and token by logging into an account. Then using this key and token we are accessing the data. My question is how can I generate the API-key or token of trello account from odoo ? is there any API calls to generate key or token, so that I can call that API call and by using the response(key or token ) I can access the data like that. Is there any way to generate key or token without doing manually(You can get your API key by logging into Trello and visiting https://trello.com/app-key. Your API key should be 32 character string comprised of random alphanumeric characters. )?

@Mottu Anand sounds like you want to authenticate using OAuth:

@Iain Dooley But still we need to use the api-key. How can I authenticate trello normally like other apps(means using with username and password)? Is there any way to authenticate trello without using api-key or api-token that generated by the user? or isthere any way to generate api-key through url with using a user trello credentials(username and password)?
