Hello,

I developed a Trello power-up and I want to know if there is a way to have a URL referrer parameter for tracking installs. Basically, if we can pass custom URL referral parameters (UTM) in and get them out again during installs so we generate Google Analytics data.

I'm aware there is a 'Metrics' tab where I can follow the installs volume but it would be great if there was a way to manage the tracking from/to Google Analytics.

Any help is welcome!

While I haven't explored Trello power-ups extensively, I've found that integrating tools like Google Data Studio can be a game-changer for tracking and analyzing data. It's like having a bird's-eye view of all your metrics in one place.

Perhaps exploring Google Data Studio could help bridge the gap between your Trello power-up and Google Analytics, allowing you to manage tracking more seamlessly.

I've seen some Power-Ups do this by adding an image in their listing description markdown. It's usually a transparent image that is pretty much a tracking pixel. Although, I'm not sure if it's just the Google Analytics URL with query params set or a custom endpoint that subsequently calls their tracking service.
