Is there a way I can remove users who've since left our organisation?
My predecessor is admin of some of the boards, but because their work email has been revoked (which was used for their trello account), they can't log in to change the admin access to myself.
This means that if we're to use the free version of trello which is restricting to 10 users, I can't remove users who no longer work at my organisation.
If there's no solution for me to sort this, is it possible for it to be done manually by trello? I can provide the relevant names / backing by those affected as evidence.
Are you an admin for the Workspace itself even though you're not an admin for those boards? Free Workspaces in Trello are getting some new admin tools that will allow you to fully remove any member or guest. These tools will be available by the end of March.
If you want to remove this person before then, you can do that by starting a free trial of Premium (no credit card required) if you haven’t used a trial previously. That will give you full admin capabilities so that you can remove any member from any board.
