How can I move a board to a new workspace?

I have created a new Workspace - so far I have not invited any colleagues to join it. I want to move a board from a shared workspace to the new workspace but it won't let me.

I go to the board menu, click on settings, choose change workspace, access the drop down menu and choose the new workspace. Then when I click 'change', it goes grey and I get a red stop sign and the board won't move.

I can't find any different guidance about what to do. 

What am I doing wrong?

The only limitation seems to be: "To move a board to a new Workspace you must be an admin of the board, and a member of the Workspace you are moving the board to."

Can you please check if your scenario matches?
