I can see that I can sign up for premium but it shows what the cost would be for my team too and I only want premium and not my team.
The Trello subscription can be a little confusing for sure but I will try to simplify it.
It is a per-user subscription model so if you want premium and you have multiple members in your workspace, you will have to pay for them to be premium regardless of it you think they will use premium features or not.
This is very much in line with industry standards
However, there is a trick that can keep your billing to a minimum using single-board guests.
If you set up your workspace so that entire or at least the majority of your team only need to be on 1 Trello board, they will be considered single-board guests and therefore free, even if you have Premium.
Single-board guest - Only added to 1 board of the workspace, non-chargeable
Multi-board guest - On more than 1 board in the workspace but not a workspace member. This means they will be restricted to only seeing the boards they are members of. Multi-board guests are billable at the same rate as a workspace member
Workspace Member - Has full workspace capability including accessing all workspace visible boards and other workspace features such as workspace table or calendar views. Note, they cannot see private boards that they are not a member of. Billable at the full Standard or Premium subscription
