How can I make a parent card in BigPicture Trello?

I am trying to make a parent card with subtasks, but when I use the indention button, nothing happens. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Hello Heather

Just to make sure -- do you follow this path?

1. Click on the 'Post new product ...' task, so that it's highlighted in blue

2. then press Indent button, as marked in the screenshot below

If not, how are you attempting to establish the parent-child relationship?
