I have boards with cards set up for each of my sales people, and need to be notified when the card changes status. They have a separate card for each lead.
I have a Butler rule to add me to each card when it gets created.
I also have Butler card buttons set up to: email me when the card moves from the list "Untouched lead" to a "Hot Lead", or a "12 month lead" status, for example.
However, when I get the email, the link in the email links to the board, NOT to the specific card. I can't find anywhere in the card button options to link the card or identify which card changed, or moved to a different list. This is crucial for the workflow we've just set up for our growing sales force.
Please help.
I figured it out. In the card button where I asked for the email, I just needed to add {cardname} to the subject line.
