I was charged $239 and I don't know why. I also ended up with 2 accounts when it changed to workspaces. I no longer know how to use Trello in the way I used to. What the heck has me charged $239.98? I was originally a gold member which was only $48/year before workspaces. I also just noticed looking up when I was billed the $239 that I was charged twice in 2022. Not being able to speak to a human is frustrating enough and seems a bit scammy when I have tried to get this resolved. This needs to be corrected. Who do I contact to get my refund and to help me merge my 2 accounts.
