We are using Trello to manage a new product development project. We have a team of 5 people and we have been using Trello for about 3 months. The main problem we are facing is tracking the progress of small tasks and making sure everyone knows what they are doing. We have tried using labels and checklists but have not achieved the desired results. Can you suggest a way to use Trello more effectively in this case?

The project is currently in the process of being completed but due to previous inefficiencies, many errors have arisen. Hope to get everyone's help, Terus.
