We are using Trello to manage a new product development project. We have a team of 5 people and we have been using Trello for about 3 months. The main problem we are facing is tracking the progress of small tasks and making sure everyone knows what they are doing. We have tried using labels and checklists but have not achieved the desired results. Can you suggest a way to use Trello more effectively in this case?
The project is currently in the process of being completed but due to previous inefficiencies, many errors have arisen. Hope to get everyone's help, Terus.
Hello, Welcome to the community
I believe the most effective way to track small tasks is by utilizing checklists, as you mentioned. This method allows the team to easily monitor progress. Additionally, you could create a card for each task and consider holding daily stand-up meetings to discuss updates.
If you could provide more details about why the labels and checklists didn't work as expected, that would be helpful. This way, we can explore alternative options that might better suit your needs.
Kind Regards
Alisson
