How can I create an automation which will create the same card in another board?

This does not work:

create a new card with in list "RAW" in the board ETSY in list 14

Somehow your rule is missing the card title, so I suggest recreating it. The action should look like this:
create a new card with title "Title" in list "RAW" on board "ETSY"

However, if you use this automation, it will create a new card without a description, and not copy the original card. Here's an example of a button that would copy a card:

copy the card to the top of list "List 1" on board "Board B"

The same action can be added to a rule or other automation types.
