Hello. I have a daily board with every week day as a list (one list for Monday, one for Tuesday, etc). How can I schedule an automation to create a new list with the following day as the list title? I would like the same 3 cards to also populate under the new created list.
@Christy Nailling you can do this with Trello scheduled automations. Go to Automations --> Scheduled and then you create an automation trigger of "every weekday", and then for the action, do one of the following:
1) go to the Lists section and click the "move" button to select "copy", then specify a list to copy (maybe you have a "template" list that you want to copy for each day). Then you'll want to click the pencil button and update with name {tomorrowweekdayname} (this would make it the next day's name).
or you could ...
2) go to Lists tab and choose the "create a list named {tomorrowweekdayname}" action, and then choose the Add Card tab, and create a new card action for each card you want to create.
@Christy Nailling feel free to accept this answer if it helped - that way folks who are looking for the same can see there is a solution in here!
