My group is considering to change the working space from Trello to Microsoft Planner. If we migrate to Planner what changes should we do and what should we sacrifice? In other words what is the gap between Trello and Planner.

Trello hasn't developed any tools to help users move to their competitors. Instead, we have developed a Microsoft Teams power-up, so that you can use Trello and Teams seamlessly. https://trello.com/power-ups/6052d130068a8c0de7b022b4
One function of this power-up allows you to add the board as a tab to a channel, similar to the way Planner works in Teams.
