I would like to create a checklist with items and the items to turn into separated cards and if it's possible to check the items in the checklists as completed once I put a label or something. Thanks.

Hi @Kevin Oñate ! Welcome to the community :) you have all of the instructions outlined in this guide https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-and-managing-task-dependencies/

Basically, you just need two butler rules:

when an item is added to checklist "Sub-tasks" by anyone, convert the item into a linked card

And another when the card is complete:

when a card is moved to list "Completed" by anyone, for each card linked in the attachments, check item "{triggercardlink}"

Thanks a lot @Hannah Morgan, I tried it an it work really well. The guide and the pictures you send help me to understand more the rules and the dependencies now although I'm still learning.
