Hi, Is there a way to show that an item in a checklist is NA (not applicable)?

For example I want to list several social media options for a job:

  • Insta
  • Vimeo
  • Blog
  • FB
  • Website

Pending the job, we may only want to post on some of these forums not all of them every job.   Is there a way to mark an NA in a checklist so team members know that we're not going to post on INSTA (for example) for this job, rather than leaving it unchecked and team members think it still needs to be done?

@Studio Manager a couple of ideas spring to mind:

1) Remove checklist items that are not applicable

2) Have 2 checklists, one called "Avaliable Platforms" and one "Platforms for This Project" and drag items from available to the one for this project, then delete the available platforms checklist

3) Have a list called "Prep" and create a Butler rule that removes checklist items as they are completed only when in that list, once you've prepped the lists in this way, move the card to the next list to get started:
