Hi, I have a free Trello Plan. I want to ask up to 50 people to look at one of my boards. Can I do that if they don't have Trello accounts ? If not, can they have free Trello accounts?

Anyone can sign up for a free Trello account! You could share the board with those 50 individuals using a board share link. If they don't already have an account, they'll be prompted to sign up.

Alternately, if the content of your board is not confidential, you could make your board "public" visibility. That would make it so anyone could view the board, with or without a Trello account.

Hope this helps!
