This week when I opened Trello it was asking me to log in via Atlassian. When I did (using the same email as used for my account before) it is treating me like a new user and I can't see my Board. From reading other posts it sounds like they have made a duplicate account. When I log in via Microsoft or email (using the same email but different passwords) it is taking me to the same new account.
How can I get back to my original account when I need to use the same email to log in??
Desperate not to lose my Board as it has all my work stuff there

I checked our system for the account you raised this question, and the email address is [m**y@we***sa*l.o*g]. I've obfuscated it for security reasons. According to our records, this account was created on December 9, 2024. It’s possible that you may have accidentally created a new account. Not even us at the support team can merge accounts, so there's a high chance that your old account was actually under another email and there's some confusion of it.
If you have a link to a board or workspace, could you please share it here? You might find it in your starred boards, browser history, or by asking someone you’ve shared the board with for the URL. Often in these situations, people are automatically logged into an account and may unknowingly create a new one. With a board link, I can locate the email associated with it and help you regain access to your account.

When I click on it from the new account it says my access request has been sent but I haven't seen any email come through to approve it

Thanks for sharing the URL. I checked and your account marylawrence30 have an email @privaterelay.appleid.com. This means the account was created using the using "continue with Apple" Option with the preference to "hide my email" selected. This is an Apple feature that allows you to use your cloud account to log in without giving apps like Trello your email address. You can click here to learn more about the hide my email feature and how it works:
To access your orignal account, please log out and try using the "Continue with Apple" option.

Thank you so much! This has resolved the issue! Really appreciate your help :) Not sure why I chose to use Apple ID to create the account in the first place but I will make a note of it now
