Have two boards that were created by employees who left company. They are the Admin. How to remove

My company uses Trello.  We have a few old boards that were created by Employees. Then they left the company.  We want to delete these two boards.  But they are the admin on those boards.  How do we get rid of those parts.  Their emails are no longer working.  Thank you

Hi David, generally for privacy and data protection reasons, we do not help delete boards, it should be self-served.

if they aren't the workspace admin as well for the workspaces the boards are tied to, you can reach out to us at Trello support here and we can find a way to help workaround this.

However, if they are both the only board and workspace admin, then it's more like a board tied to a personal account we wouldn't be able to help delete them for data protection reasons.

A rough workaround might be to reach out to your IT team asking that their old email addresses are temporarily reactivated, at least to allow changing the account password, logging into the account, and then deleting the board(s) or changing their admins.
