I would like to create a portal to give access to input data, send attachments (through some external users) and create some cards in trello kanban. Has Trello this feature (extranet)?
There are some power up and application like the one mentioned in @mustafa sener _Hipporello_ that allows you to share data externally including a external share power up for cards and attachment.
Trello provides automation via http request allows you to write out content you want to share or via its api for access data on a board.
Other options I worked on include using Trello with microservices eg https://github.com/xu2xulim/Deta-Power
Or use Streamlit to present Trello board data in a multi page webapp with user access authentication.
The effort to create some form of extranet varies depending on the approach you take.
Hello, the founder and CEO of Hipporello here. We have developed Hipporello Apps, and as part of it we offer ready-to-use web apps and a visual nocode ap builder. Each app comes with a web portal, web portal pages that leverage data from Trello cards, access rights management, and conversation over Trello cards. I can guide you to the right app if you can give me more information on your needs. I’d be happy to help.

Depending on how complex your needs are you might get what you need from something simple like blue cat forms https://trello.com/power-ups/6139de588901011c01baf52f/forms-by-blue-cat
Hope that helps :)
