Google preview not working in Trello cards

Hi,

I've enabled the Google Drive power-up to my board and linked it to my Google account. However, the preview feature is not working.

Here's how the preview feature should look like:

I think it has to do something with the fact that while I've granted access in Trello, it looks like my Atlassian account does not have access:

I've tried to fix it several times but nothing seems to be working.

I've cleared the cache, allow cookies for Trello and Atlassian...

Does anyone have an idea of what could work?

Hi Laura, 

I believe you are looking for a configuration on your board, could you go to the right side Menu > More > Settings. You are going to see an option called "Card covers enabled" it needs to be checked, like the image below.

I checked and it was already enabled.

After a couple hours more trying to figure it out, I realized that when I cleared the cache, I only did it for the last 7 days, so I changed the setting to "All time" and it is working now.
